Investigation of Classroom Teachers' Views towards Innovative Pedagogical Practices

The 21st century requires different and innovative ways of teaching compared to the previous century. As a result, new current educational approach called pedagogy comes out as an issue. This study aims investigate classroom teachers’ pedagogical practices with variables, well contributing or deteriorating factors that affect relevant processes. was designed based on descriptive survey method in which quantitative qualitative data were used. Innovative Pedagogical Practices Scale for Teachers applied 961 teachers obtained analysed statistics parametric tests. Then interview form prepared 30 asked fill form. analysis method. findings showed frequently use their classrooms fulfil requirement learner-centred approach. Besides, participation professional courses, number scientific events attended type books read determined be variables implement practices. However, faced such problems intensity curriculum, equipment, technical deficiencies inadequate readiness level students.
